Terms of Service

As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup) and immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.

As the client you are responsible for maintaining a well kept yard so we can properly get all the waste up. Please understand that we may miss piles if we cannot properly see the ground.

No refunds, credits, or deductions will be issued for missed or skipped services. Any accumulated pet waste will be removed during your next scheduled service visit.

Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.

If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

If we are unable to get ahold of you through phone call, text, or knocking on the door, we will wait a max of 10 minutes before we have to move on to our next client.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Booty Scoopy may take photos or videos of your yard and service area while on the property. These may be used for service documentation, quality assurance, and business or marketing purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing identifying or private information.

If for any reason your payment is late, service will be paused until we recieve payment. Service will resume, when we receive payment, on your next scheduled service date.

We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.

Invoices are typically sent on the 10th and auto-charge on the 15th. Service is prepaid monthly.

Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.

Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
